It’s safe to say that the film, Almost Famous inspired me to want to work in the music industry. In so many words this movie told me that it was okay to love music as much as I do. I don’t have to become a doctor or a lawyer to feel important, which is why I want to become a music supervisor. It definitely won’t be an easy task, but I pray that my passion for both music and film will get me far.
Well that was just a little bit about me for your knowledge. I’ll give you a little something here and there. Feel free to tell me about yourself and your passion for music, film, or whatever your passion may be. Welcome to my music blog!

Death From Above 1979 - Black History Month (Josh Homme Remix)
I see a car driving, I see shots of a city, I see reflections of what is passing by through the mirrored sunglasses of the driver, I see storytelling through music at its finest. shots of a neighborhood changing from something ideal to something almost uninhabitable. kids playing in the park segues into weeds and cracked concrete left behind. Time lapse photography is interpersed throughout the driving scene to show how the place has changed over a period of time. stores change from storefront to storefront until it’s finally vacant. language on the signs changes to suggest different ethnicities coming and going in the neighborhood.
